Orders are shipped within 2-4 working days after confirmation, and you will receive a notification via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
Orders with custom products are shipped within 4-7 days. Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday, and delivery takes another 5-10 working days based on your location. (*For North-Eastern States, it may take up to 15 days.)
Once the order is confirmed, no changes will be allowed. This includes no cancellation, no addition, no change in products, and no change of coupon codes. Please check everything before confirming your order.
Note: In case any product from your order is unavailable due to any reason or is facing a delay, we will contact you within 1-2 working days via call or message to inform you regarding possible delays.
If a shipment is returned due to a mistake or negligence on the customer’s part—such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact information, failing to answer calls from the courier and from the vendor (Rishabh Creation) or not being available to accept delivery, etc.—the customer will be responsible for bearing RTO charges and reshipment charges of the parcel. (Cancellation of the order will not be entertained.)
In case the delivery status shows “delivered” and you have not received the product yet, you need to inform us within 24 hours. You are requested to send an email with your order ID and the subject “wrong delivery status” to [email protected].
Failing to do so within 24 hours does not entitle you to any refund or any support from our team.
Shipping charges on the website are for up to 25 kg only. If your order exceeds that weight, we will contact you for additional charges.
